First Aid for Parents & Families
This course is designed to give parents and families confidence in dealing with first aid situations as they arise. We focus on essential first aid skills related to infants and children. The course can be tailored to your needs and can take place in your home or at a local venue to suit you.

- CPR/Defibrillation
- Choking
- Head Injuries/Concussion
- Athsma
- Broken Bones
- Bleeding
- Anyaphylaxis/Bites/Stings
Assessment
Assessment is ongoing by the instructor using oral questioning and practical observation.
Certification
This qualification lasts for 3 years.
A certificate of attendance will be issued once full payment has been received.
Venue
All courses can take place at your home or in a suitable nearby location.
Costs
All costs are based per person and include course booklet, resuscitation mouth shield and certification.
