Essential First Aid Skills – 1/2 day
This course covers a wide range of first aid skills from emergencies response to common injuries. It also serves as a refresher to up-date knowledge on any new protocols. Courses can be structured to suit the needs of your organisations environment and additional subjects can be included as and where required.

Syllabus
A range of subjects can include;
• Assessment of the situation
• Eye injuries
• Resuscitation (CPR & AED)
• Shock (including Anaphylaxis)
• Dealing with an unresponsive casualty
• Broken Bones
• Burns
• Dislocations
• Head Injuries
• Control of bleeding
Assessment
Practical assessment and oral questioning is ongoing by the instructor.
Certification
This qualification lasts for 3 years.
It is recommended that, during the 3 year period, delegates attend annual refresher courses.
Certificates will be posted promptly once full payment has been received.
Venue
All courses can take place at your venue or in a suitable nearby location.
